How much does Deliver My Meds charge for delivery?

We have free shipping policy on all of our products. 

Does Deliver My Meds take my insurance?

Yes, we take your health insurance information, such as your Health Insurance Name, along with your ID, which we can use to check your eligibility. We also get this information to get prior authorization from your respective insurance.

How do I send my details to Deliver My Meds?

You can send your information via the product page link where you will see an option “Bill to Insurance” Where you need to provide us your basic information such as your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Phone Number, Street Address, Zip Code, Primary Insurance ID & Primary Insurance Name. Our expert will get this information and process your order by getting confirmation from your respective insurance and health insurance. This whole process can take up to 2 weeks.

How do I transfer my CGM refills to Deliver My Meds?

What happens if I refer a patient to Deliver My Meds?

Once you refer a patient to Deliver My Meds, our team will immediately verify an eligibility of patient and call to the patient for confirmation. Then we will process the order after getting prior authorization from respective insurance.

How do I schedule a delivery?

Once you sign up with Deliver My Meds, you will receive a text to schedule a delivery.

Can someone else sign my delivery?

Yes, if Deliver My Meds is informed prior to the delivery about who will sign for your delivery.

Absolutely. You can call Deliver My Meds to speak with an expert to provide updates to your health which will be recorded appropriately. You can also update your health information by logging into the Deliver My Meds portal to let us know of any changes in your condition.

What if my insurance changed?

If you need to update your insurance information, you can call Deliver My Meds to speak with our staff or log on to the Deliver My Meds portal to update with your new plan.

Is my medical information confidential?
