This 8 chamber arm & shoulder sleeve is a pneumatic compression garment made to manage symptoms associated with lymphedema, venous insufficiency, and other circulatory disorders like edema. It works in conjunction with bio chamber pumps to provide a gradient compression that enhances blood flow and reduces swelling in the arm and shoulder regions.

User Guide

1. Preparation:

• Remove the sleeve from its packaging and inspect for any damage.​
• Ensure the Sequential Circulator pump like SC-4004, SC-4008 and SC-2004 Series
  that are properly set up and connected.​

2. Application:

• Slide your arm through the sleeve, ensuring it covers from the hand up to the shoulder.​
• Adjust the sleeve for a comfortable and secure fit.​

3. Operation:

• Connect the sleeve to the SC-4004 Sequential Circulator pump.​
• Select the appropriate pressure, cycle time, and treatment duration as prescribed by your healthcare provider.​
• Start the pump to begin the compression therapy session.

When to Discontinue:

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience skin color changes, blisters, increased swelling, pain, numbness, or tingling in the treated limb. ​

Do Not Use:

• For any contraindicated conditions as listed above.​
• If the sleeve or pump is damaged or has been exposed to water.​
• With accessories or power cords not specified or provided by Bio Compression Systems.​
• In the presence of flammable anesthetics or in an oxygen-rich environment.​
• Near water, in wet environments, or where aerosols are being sprayed.​
• While sleeping.​
• For any use not described in the user manual.​
